Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Refund Policy outlines how refund requests are handled for services provided by Digital Modernization & Results(“DMR”). This page is a template and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before publication. Specific refund terms for a given project should be confirmed in the written project agreement.
Project agreements
Project terms and deliverables are agreed upon in writing before work begins. That agreement, together with this policy, governs refund eligibility for the project.
Deposits
Projects may require a deposit before work begins. Once work has started, deposits may become non-refundable, as they reflect time and resources already committed to the project.
Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the amount of completed work and the terms of the written project agreement. Where work has been partially completed, any refund will generally be prorated to reflect the portion of work not yet delivered.
Delivered work
Digital deliverables that have already been completed and delivered to the client are generally non-refundable, as the work product has been transferred and may already be in use.
Billing concerns
If you have a concern about billing or believe a refund may be appropriate, please contact DMR directly at contact@digitalmodernizationandresults.com so the situation can be reviewed against the terms of your specific project agreement.
